Protein2O water is a drinkable protein alternative with 20 flavours (commonly fruit flavoured) found in most grocery stores nationwide.

The water has an equivalent to 20 grams of protein per serving, making it just as healthy as your favourite protein shake without the pesky calories.

While the product alone provides many benefits for athletes and people who like to work out, it also provides some added perks, such as increased hydration and managed weight loss.

Is Protein2o water good for you?
Protein2O is a convenient way to work more essential proteins into your diet. Combining an expertly formulated 100% natural protein water with vitamins and minerals provides you with everything you need in one refreshing drink.

Let’s take a look at the honest Protein2o Water review. In this article, we will be taking a closer look at Protein2o ingredients, nutrition facts, and how it prospers for both bodybuilders and keto enthusiasts.

Did you know that protein is a macronutrient that your body needs inadequate levels to maintain, promote and allow the following:

● Muscle function

● Cellular repair and health

● Metabolism and weight loss.

It means the whole reason for taking Protein2o Water is for the protein. As protein is a macronutrient, it will always be in the body; however, if you don’t have enough protein in your meals, take Protein2o Water to compensate for the lack of protein.

So what is Protein2O water anyways?

Protein2O is an alternative to the protein shakes you may come across on the supplement market.

This water is infused with whey protein, so you can get the benefits of a shake without the heaviness that comes with it.

It’s a great way to add extra protein to your diet. It’s also an excellent alternative for those who don’t like the typical taste of protein shakes or need something they can drink on the go.

Protein2o can also be an excellent supplement for anyone who is trying to cut on their calorie intake.

It accomplishes this by being less caloric and not containing any solid food, just pure water and protein. Unfortunately, there are not many products available that offer this kind of benefit.

Is Protein2o suitable for bodybuilders?

It can be to some extent if you’re looking to boost your overall protein levels while staying hydrated. For example, protein is necessary for maintaining muscle mass after a workout, but there are better protein sources than whey.

Your body absorbs vegan Proteins more readily, and they don't cause digestive problems like dairy-based proteins.

Protein2o can still help with 15 grams of protein when necessary, but there are better options available.

Is Protein20 Keto?

Yes. Protein20’s macros show that it is suitable for a ketogenic diet. In addition, the beverage is carb-free and includes a high-protein content – not lumping in with restrictions you impose on the keto diet.

However, if you're looking to stay in ketosis and avoid rising blood sugar, you should know that sucralose can raise your blood sugar and insulin levels.

Where to Buy?

Protein20 water is available on their official website (DrinkProtein2o). It is also available with online retailers like Walmart, Sam’s Club, Publix, Amazon.com, etc.

The Bottomline: Is Protein2o worth it?

No products found.

The company Protein2o has a great idea, but it may have some flaws.

The biggest issue is that the drink is high in sugar. You need to consider that this product contains sucralose, affecting your blood sugar; if you’re not used to it, you may risk a ketogenic diet.

It also doesn't contain vegan proteins, but only whey protein. It may cause digestive difficulties such as an upset stomach or stomach aches.

It is also not the best way to consume protein as there are other more effective ways of getting protein into your diet.

For the most part, the company Protein2o does a fantastic job with its product. Taste-wise, it is perfect, and I recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality whey protein water. In addition, it has various flavours, such as Cherry Lemonade and Wild Cherry, which taste good.

Another great point about Protein2o is its mixability and convenience level. It is simple and quenches thirst.

For those that enjoy their Protein2o Water, are looking for a way to add extra protein to the diet, and don't mind a source of sugar, then Protein2o can be the right option for you.

So, I would recommend this product if you’re looking for a way to add more protein to your diet. However, I wouldn’t recommend it to bodybuilders who need high amounts of protein throughout the day.
